By accessing or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party providers to ensure quality delivery. LINKBIT UK is not responsible for any changes, disruptions, or issues caused by these third-party platforms. Clients are responsible for understanding and complying with the terms and conditions of these third-party services.

2. Scope of Services

LINKBIT UK provides the following core services:

  • Website Design Services

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Business Email Services

  • Website Upgrade and Repair Services

We utilize trusted tools and platforms to deliver high-quality results. By using our services, you acknowledge that these tools may be utilized during the process.

3. Ownership and Access

All websites designed by LINKBIT UK remain under our management unless otherwise agreed upon. Clients can manage specific parts of their website that suit their business needs.

 

Ownership Transfer

Clients can request full ownership of their website upon project completion. Ownership transfer is subject to additional fees. Once full ownership is transferred, LINKBIT UK will no longer be responsible for the website's maintenance.

 

Material Usage

Custom graphics, designs, or any resources used in the project remain subject to licensing agreements. Clients may not reuse, resell, or redistribute these materials for any purpose unless explicitly authorized by LINKBIT UK.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete business information required for the website design.

  • Ensuring that any content provided does not violate copyrights or third-party rights.

  • Keeping their account credentials secure.

  • Not using any design or graphics created for their project for unauthorized purposes.
     

5. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required upfront for all services.

  • Payments are accepted via BACS, PayPal, and credit/debit cards through secure payment gateways.

  • Invoices will be provided upon payment confirmation.

  • Refunds will be issued only under circumstances where we are unable to deliver the agreed services, and these will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in service delays or cancellations.
     

6. Modification and Cancellation Policy

Modification Requests

  • Clients may request up to two design revisions for each project without additional charges.

  • Significant modifications beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Requests: Must be submitted in writing via email to LINKBIT UK.

  • Cancellation Charges:

    • Up to 25% completion: 30% of the total service fee is non-refundable.

    • 26%-50% completion: 50% of the total service fee is non-refundable.

    • 51%-75% completion: 70% of the total service fee is non-refundable.

    • 76% completion and beyond: No refunds.


7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only provided for cancellations made before work commences.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing work unless there is a failure on our part to deliver the agreed service.

  • Third-party subscription fees incurred during the project are non-refundable.

  • If disputes arise, we will seek an amicable resolution based on documented agreements.


8. Intellectual Property

  • Upon project completion and full payment, all custom website designs and content created specifically for you remain subject to licensing agreements. Clients may not reuse, resell, or redistribute these materials for any purpose unless explicitly authorized by LINKBIT UK.

  • LINKBIT UK retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

  • Third-party assets used in the project remain subject to the licensing terms of the respective providers.


9. Service Delivery

  • Projects will be delivered within the agreed timeline, subject to the client providing necessary inputs on time.

  • SEO and email services require ongoing collaboration to achieve desired results.

  • Final project approval is required from clients before the website goes live.

  • Clients may not resell, redistribute, or otherwise use project designs or resources for purposes outside the agreed scope.


10. Limitation of Liability

  • LINKBIT UK is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of your website or services, including but not limited to errors, downtime, or security breaches.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

  • We are not liable for issues resulting from third-party providers, including outages or changes to their terms.


11. Data Privacy Policy

LINKBIT UK is committed to protecting client data in compliance with GDPR. We only collect and use personal data necessary to provide our services.

Information We Collect

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and billing information.

  • Business Information: Information about the client’s business to customize the website.

  • Usage Data: Interaction with our services, including website visits and actions.

 

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve our services.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We may share data with our service providers solely to fulfill the project requirements. We do not sell or share client information for marketing purposes.

16. Termination

  • Clients can terminate ongoing services at any time. No refunds will be provided for completed work.

  • LINKBIT UK reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates our terms or engages in inappropriate behavior.

LINKBIT UK holds Professional Indemnity Insurance to protect against claims arising from errors, omissions, or negligence during the provision of services. This insurance ensures that both LINKBIT UK and its clients are safeguarded against unforeseen liabilities.
